Designed for straightforward cleaning, priming, and finishing using standard model paints
Compatible with standard 4mm scale wheelsets and axles
Small 2mm spacing washers recommended to control lateral wheelset movement
Minor filing may be required for chassis fit due to MSLA printing tolerances
 
Detailed Features / Construction Notes
Care should be taken when threading wheels onto axles through resin chassis components
Wheelset lateral movement can be adjusted using spacing washers depending on preferred running characteristics
 
As well as wheels and axles (Alan Gibson Workshop brand recommended), a chassis is required to complete these tender models.
 
4mm scale stop-gap resin chassis are available for £12 each (contact via email). These are intended as temporary construction solutions while more robust chassis designs are developed. Resin chassis work well but can be slightly brittle, so care is required during assembly.
