Sparkshot Custom Creations (SCC) aims to provide high-quality products and fair customer service. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Returns may be accepted if:

the item is unused and in good condition

the customer contacts SCC within 14 days of delivery

clear photographs of the item/s are provided if requested
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is incorrect, significantly damaged in transit, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect that falls outside normal variable 3D printing characteristics.
Minor surface marks, layer lines, support contact points, or other normal characteristics of resin 3D printing are considered part of the manufacturing process and are not classed as faults.
Where applicable, refunds are normally issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Additionally, original postage costs are refunded only where the item is incorrect, significantly damaged in transit, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Where return postage is reimbursed, reasonable standard shipping costs will be refunded.
Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct scale, version, and compatibility options before placing an order.
Returns for incorrectly ordered items may be accepted at SCC discretion, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact SCC as soon as possible with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Depending on the situation, SCC may offer one or more of the following:

replacement parts

a reprint
-
a refund
-
or another appropriate resolution
Where damage or fault is confirmed, replacement items are normally supplied at no additional cost, including postage.
