SparkShot Custom Creations (SCC) ships orders from the United Kingdom. We supply specialist 3D printed railway modelling products to customers in the UK and internationally.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks.
During busy periods, product releases, or high order volume, dispatch times may extend to 3–4 weeks.
As SCC products are made-to-order and produced in small batches, processing times may vary depending on demand.
Customers will be notified if there are significant delays with their order.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services where available.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level selected.
United Kingdom Shipping
UK orders are shipped using standard or tracked courier services depending on order size and value.
International Shipping
SCC ships internationally, including the United States and other global destinations.
United States (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid)
For US customers, duties and import taxes are typically calculated and included at checkout (DDP). This means customers should not normally be required to pay additional import fees on delivery.
Other International Destinations (DAP – Delivered at Place)
For most other international destinations, orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
This means:

import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in their country

Delivery Delays

SCC is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing once the order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correct at the time of ordering.

Lost or Delayed Parcels.
If a parcel appears delayed or missing, customers should contact SCC so the issue can be investigated with the courier.
Where appropriate, claims will be made with the shipping provider before replacement or refund decisions are made.
Important Note on Made-to-Order Products
Many SCC items are made to order. This means production begins after an order is placed, and dispatch times can vary depending on workload and print queue position.
